Deloise de Fátima Bacelar de Jesus  is the Executive Director of Black Women in Executive Leadership (B-WEL) and the Founder and Executive Director of Batukee, an impact business focused on "Shooting power," which explores the relationship between decision-makers and the decision-making process, emphasizing the importance of healthy working relationships. Before that, she was the Head of Impact in Racial Equity at the Lemann Foundation. With over 15 years of experience in public policy and social change, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy Administration from the University of São Paulo and a Master's degree in Human and Social Sciences.
